This product is great. You wear it like a belt and can adjust it higher or lower, depending on where you need support. I felt fine after a three-hour kayak paddle when wearing this. Previously, my back would have been in pain following a three-hour paddle. I just wish I had brought it with me to the concert a couple nights ago, when I sat in one of those unfolding chairs you take out of a sleeve!

Order was delivered on time and the phone mount worked great on my recumbent trike. I hit some big bumps but the mount held the phone steady. This mount is a great value for the price AND has great performance!
