Adjustable. And strong , I has my husband stretch the bar over head after adjusting the 4 inches.. he was not ready, lol !! Worth it.

I havent had a chance to really use this aside from a quick test run. But for what I got and the price I paid it was well worth the money spent. I plan to use this for squats and a few other things so I am excited to have cut some of the equipment out of the equation with this one item.

I am using the product for work out and is fit for all. Sturdy and easy to fold. But I recommend to include a little simple tool for assembly even though assembly is easy.
