I was hesitant to buy it with some peoples reviews, but boy were they wrong! If you follow instructions correctly it works just as it says. I have used it now 5 times (30 minutes each time) and have already had to remove 2 notches. Super easy and convenient 10/10 recommend!

This board is just great for covering all the basic moves. Its lightweight yet sturdy, definitely not the type of flimsy plastic boards that you get for half of the price.

They run a little bigger than expected. So they arent as flattering as I would have wanted. All in all other than fit Im pleased. Im DD chest 52 and 180lbs wear size 12 in pants.
Overall, I am very satisfied. Certainly stand above the other pushup gear at this price.
